Description
When one of our Mobility and Safety Consultants does a home assessment, we figure out what makes the most sense for our clients based on a number of factors. First, we learn all we can about the client, the condition, the prognosis, and the goal of the family. In most cases, the goal is to Age-In-Place. We then put together a quote for products that will help achieve that goal.
All our Mobility and Safety Consultants are both CAPS and CEAC Certified.
Here is more information on what that means…
CAPS certification, standing for Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, is a designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for professionals who specialize in making homes safer and more accessible for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with mobility challenges. Through rigorous training, CAPS-certified professionals gain the technical, business, and customer service skills to design and implement home modifications that allow people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible.
